Everything Happens For A Reason: How An Accident Eliminated My Back Pain

Finding the silver lining in any mishap is comforting and reinforces the importance of “perspective”.

I haven’t experienced a significant injury in over four years. A quick, lateral jump-cut during a January weekend football game reintroduced me to the joys of a pulled hamstring.

Had I not gotten hurt, I might never have discovered this information.

After reading these materials, I eliminated much of my back and leg pain.
